In Belarusian cuisine is dominated by potatoes. Therefore, Belarusians are called themself "Bulbash" (bulba is a potatoe in belarussian language). Belarusians are peaceful people, it is noticeable even at their most popular dish: Draniki - potato pancakes with cream. Tasty and not only vegetarians will be satisfied :)
