Obtain Tax Free
Ask the seller to issue you a document for Tax Free Shopping. To obtain this document you'll need a passport and a receipt.
Report on border
During the trip from Belarus, report to customs officers your Tax Free documents and goods you bring out from Belarus. Belarusian customs authority will stamp on the document.
Get money back
Write on the Tax Free document your bank card number. Put this Tax Free into the envelope (you will receive an envelope in the shop) and leave it in the mailbox on the border or use post service in your country with free delivery.*
* Submit your Tax Free document to Belarus within the six month period from the date when the goods were exported. Money will be transferred to the bank card, you provide on the document Tax Free, within the 30 days.
